3 and 1/4 penny lure (March 2008)
The idea of the 3 and 1/4 penny lure is another rip of someone else's idea. I saw it in Make Magazine #13 in a page by Tom Parker. My first attempts pictured here did not come out nearly as refined as his did, and one could argue that this isn't even welded art. But I didn't have another place to put it, so it found it's way here. Hopefully future attempts will come out cleaner and neater. I also would like to try to make a nickel version and maybe a dime version. I also want to try varying the angle of the front spoon to try changing the depth and action of the lure.
